Mismatch Zebra Scanner/Cradle Set up (formerly Scanner Beeps but No Data Input)


  1.  Scan the Factory Defaults barcode in the Product Reference Guide. 

  1. Ensure the cradle light is showing in solid green and use a scanner to scan the pairing barcode placed on the cradle.

 

3. Once the pairing barcode is scanned, the scanner indicator light will be flashing green.
4. Pairing is successful when you hear a beep sound
  1. Perform scanning again on apps or notepads.
  2. If nothing still decodes on the PC, please reset the USB cable or swap with another USB cable or computer again to check if it is a hardware issue. Repeat from Step 1 again after swapping with another USB and computer.
